Old-vine Bobal from Los Marcos and high-altitude Merseguera from Alpuente. Raspberry, cherry, grapefruit, lemon, scrubland herbs and a subtle hint of brioche. Fresh, expressive and structured enough to stay beyond the aperitif.

Ramones works in limited batches, vintage by vintage. When this harvest runs out, we don't make more: the next one brings a new story.
